Disappointing ExperienceFor a resort rated as 4-star on the website, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The property did not feel anywhere close to what we expected from a 4-star resort. The service, ambience, rooms, décor, and overall maintenance were very basic.The room had an unpleasant smell, and even the furniture and bedding did not feel fresh or well-maintained. The washroom was extremely basic and ordinary—honestly, we have better facilities at home.The food was average as well, and the breakfast buffet had very limited and unremarkable options.Overall, the experience did not justify the 4-star rating or the expectations that come with it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort to others.
