Hotel Bikalal

The hotel itself is quite good, but the man at the reception was very rude. When I asked about the room price, he said it was 1800 with GST. I wanted to check online for any discounts, but after 10-15 minutes of searching, I found no better prices. So I decided to book at the price he gave me, but he immediately said all rooms were booked. His behavior shocked me. It was my first visit and left a very bad impression. The hotel owner should address this seriously. Is this how hospitality is in Bikaner? Choosing this hotel was the worst decision we made. Please avoid booking here. The staff are unprofessional and uninterested in customers. The rooms are noisy, and the staff are indifferent and rude. They don't smile and ignore feedback. The negative reviews are true. When I booked through an online app and went to check in, the manager said they would only give me a room if my address was outside Bikaner or far away. Is this a real rule? My address and the hotel are 100 kilometers apart. Still, they refused me a room and didn't refund my money. Very bad experience with Heeralal Hotel.

I went to Bikala Restaurant in Bikaner and tried the rawa masala dosa and idli. Both were very unhygienic, and I even found a hair in the coconut chutney. The service was also quite bad. I would not suggest visiting this restaurant.

We have a layover so stayed at Bikalal. Location is very good, but no private parking. You have to keep your vehicle on road. Rooms are good.Complimentary breakfast is average.

AgodaThe photos on the website and your recommendations influenced my decision to choose this particular hotel. Unfortunately, this has been the most inhospitable stay I have ever experienced.The room was in terrible condition — it smelled awful, the walls were dirty, and the mattress had coir sticking out, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. There were rats on the ceiling, and even the cooked rice served was left uncovered. The staff were uncooperative and indifferent to our concerns.It was extremely difficult to stay through the night. We simply waited for morning to check out. We couldn’t even take a bath before leaving because of the unhygienic conditions. The corridors also had a strong stench, and the surroundings were equally unclean. The pillows were old, worn out, and completely unsuitable for use.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.Zero stars — completely unsatisfied.
