Had a wonderful stay at Bliss Valley Hotel! We stayed here for two days with our group and booked six rooms. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.A special thanks to the owner, ma’am, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Her hospitality made our experience even more memorable.Highly recommended for families, groups, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and warm hospitality. Stayed here in Dharamshala (~’6000/night) and honestly, this was a very disappointing experience.We had booked a valley view room for my parents’ silver jubilee, but were given a room with no proper view. The ’balcony’ was in poor condition and not usable (video attached).Basic amenities like an electric kettle, slippers, and a dental kit were clearly mentioned in the booking, but nothing was provided. We asked multiple times ’ staff kept saying ’yes sir’ and then did nothing. Even the WiFi password had to be requested twice.There was no AC in the room, and the lighting setup made things worse ’ there was no proper dim or night light. The switches were set in such a way that at least two lights had to be on together, which made it uncomfortable and disturbed our sleep.We didn’t create a scene because it was a special family occasion, but the experience was genuinely spoiled. At this price, basic service and honesty are expected.Overall: misleading booking, poor service, and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

The valley view from deluxe rooms are too good. In the backdrop you can see Himalayan range. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Staff is courteous. I will definitely stay here again in future.

This is third time i have visit across India it. The hotel itself is excellent. Large rooms with good accessories. The utilities used at the hotel are excellent. The staff is very nice, and the owner is especially nice.
