A serene place to enjoy holidays. Very good hotel and humble and cooperative satff
Staff quite ok. Reasonable manager and staff. No hot water for long time, also ran out of water early morning. Moved to another smaller room. Parking facility not good. Not worth paying that mich. Terrible terrible maintenance.
I would have given it 2 stars if not for the manager and staff. This feedback is for the hotel management: the property needs renovation. The furniture is worn out, and the balcony door sliders don't function well. It doesn't justify the price you pay. The location offers a nice view but is too far from city attractions. It's better to book near Macleod Gunj (within 1 km) or even closer to Dharamshala city. Even a 5 km distance in hilly areas feels long. The staff is good, and the manager is reasonable. There's no proper parking; cars can't leave unless those behind them are moved, making it a first in, last out parking system.
