A serene place to enjoy holidays. Very good hotel and humble and cooperative satff
I would want to rate it 2 star if it wasnt for the manager and the staff. This feed back is for the hotel management, property needs a face-lift. The furniture is in bad condition. The balcony door sliders dont work properly. It is not worth the price u pay. Location for view is fine but its too far to travel to the attractions in the city. Book near macleod gunj(within 1km radius) or even near dharamshala city. Even a 5km distance in hills areas seems to be a lot. Staff is good, manager also is reasonable. No proper parking space, cars cant be taken out of premises unless the cars behind are removed. Its like first in & last out style of parking.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Staff quite ok. Reasonable manager and staff. No hot water for long time, also ran out of water early morning. Moved to another smaller room. Parking facility not good. Not worth paying that mich. Terrible terrible maintenance.
