Had an amazing stay here! It is a bit secluded and best if you want to stay away from the city for some peace. The views are phenomenal, so is the service of staff there. Mr Kamlesh especially is very polite and took great care of everything. Also, the food is really good! The restaurant has a great view as well.

This place is excellent on its on own, with all the essentials including excellent services, dining/food and amenities. Our welcome by Rishi was very warm with great introduction to the property and the area. Staff was really nice and helpful. This is must go place if u really want a memorable trip to Dharamshala.

I recently visited this property, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, there was a constant unpleasant smell in the place. The door lock wasn’t working properly, and the bed that looked good in photos turned out to be a disaster — the mattress completely sank after just an hour of lying on it.Since the property is located in a jungle area, things got really scary at night. Around 1 AM, we heard someone knocking at our door repeatedly. We were terrified — we had luggage and valuables with us, and there was a girl with me, so the situation was deeply concerning. To make it worse, the main door couldn’t be locked at all.We immediately tried calling the number provided by the owner. He didn’t pick up the first two times and then switched off his phone altogether. We kept trying again and again, but there was no response. Sitting in the dark, scared and sleepless, we had no choice but to contact the police.The next morning at checkout, when we finally managed to speak to the owner, instead of showing any concern or apologizing, his response was, “Kuch hua toh nahi na?” — as if nothing serious had happened. We spent 8,000 for just 10 hours of fear, sleeplessness, and zero safety or accountability.Absolutely the worst property I’ve ever stayed in — unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed. The owner was rude and completely negligent. I strongly advise no one to book this place.

The facility is still under development. There is no restaurant and they get you food from another hotel, the food is very pricy and the portions are less than adequate. They say that they have a restaurant but they don't. Also the place is very remote so there's nothing nearby

We have stayed here from 25 to 27 August 2925 . 1. The view is awesome . 2. Facilities wise is zero. No facilities were there. I went there after seeing WiFi available. But there is no WiFi and no light then I went to Justin resort for office . 3. Cleanliness zero4. The guy Rishi never visited the place during our stay . In reception area there is all water coming from outside. 5. Lyches attached from everywhere. Chai was okay okay and they have charged 1800 for tea only 100 rupees per cup 6. No breakfast given . They outsourced everything and food reached to us that is cold . Overall my stay was there not up to mark they have charged 20000 but facilities given by them is zero . I had already paid amount in advance otherwise I would have left that place the same day . Other than view there is nothing to good . Better try Justin in the same price
