Family • India • Oct 2026The area is high in the mountains, far from town with beautiful stunning views. The checkin process was smooth, after asking for, I was giving introduction and information about the hotel. The pool which is offered temperature controled, coul be used in the second day of my stay. The room is amazing, big and cosy.I booked the all-in (high tea, dinner and breakfast ), which is the best option if you are staying in the hotel the whole time.Super delicious restaurant and delicious meals, best quality. The hotel is not as "advertised" wheelchair friendly, unless you want to stay 24 hrs in your room, the access to the restaurant and the pool is with a lot of stairs. The staff is very nice and helpful.I appreciate making my day unforgettable in their resort.100% recommended.

Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026The rooms are excellent with wonderful views. The road leading there is somewhat rough and may not be comfortable for elderly guests unless they stay on the ground floor. Service and staff attitude are good. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

The balcony offers a peaceful view. The environment is calm and quiet. The rooms were roomy and worth the price. The children had fun in the pool. Kanika and Muskan at the front desk were courteous and helpful. I believe the staff member who attended to us in the room was Badal, who made sure everything was provided promptly. I would suggest this resort not just for its location, but also for the friendly staff and the enjoyable experience with children.

Family • Sep 2026Avoid This Hotel
2.0
Avoid Hotel Justa Birding at all costs, particularly if you are a driver. They do not offer food or any bathing or washing facilities; the hotel is truly awful. My suggestion is clear: cancel your reservation if you have one, and if you are considering staying here, don't. Choose any other place instead of Hotel Justa Birding. I strongly advise against staying here.
