Both the hotel as well as all staff including the property owner all were very supportive and helpful. Location was perfect. The cleanliness, food, help in arranging transport, etc. has been highly appreciative. Particularly, Ishan, the front desk personal, was very friendly and quick in assisting the visitors round the clock.
Hotel rooms were very beautiful and comfortable, the view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular and we all loved spending our mornings and evenings there. One thing which could be improved was cleanliness. When we checked in, we found some hair strands on the bed sheet and the bathroom floor was slightly wet. It was not that problematic but still, there’s some scope for improvement. Food was great too! And staff was very cooperative. Location is good, but I’ll admit it was a bit hard to find this hotel in the first place !
