Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Dharamshala. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains. The hospitality, cleanliness, food, and overall experience were truly top-notch.A special mention to Lucky for being extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. His hospitality and attention to detail genuinely made our experience even more memorable. We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, and this was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.The property itself is stunning. Nestled in such a peaceful and scenic location surrounded by the mountains and forest, it feels luxurious while still being calm and relaxing. We stayed in one of the villas, and everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the property was obvious from the moment we arrived.The food deserves a special mention because it was honestly outstanding. Every single meal was excellent, but the breakfast especially was on another level. The variety, freshness, quality, and taste each morning were unbelievable. You can tell the chefs truly care about what they serve. Even after several days, the food remained consistently exceptional.What truly made this stay unforgettable though was our butler, PREM.PREM went above and beyond in every possible way and is genuinely one of the biggest reasons we had such an amazing experience here. He was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. No matter what we needed, PREM was always there with a smile and made everything effortless.What stood out most was how thoughtful and personal PREM was. He remembered my wife’s favorite cookies and would make sure she had them every time. Small gestures like that made us feel genuinely cared for instead of just being another guest at a hotel.We were also traveling with our 6-month-old baby, and PREM’s kindness during meals was something we’ll never forget. He even offered to help take care of our baby while we ate so we could relax and enjoy our meals peacefully. That level of warmth and hospitality is extremely rare.The entire staff at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was fantastic, but PREM truly set the gold standard for hospitality. He made us feel at home while still delivering a world-class luxury experience.We will absolutely be coming back, and we cannot recommend this property enough to anyone visiting Dharamshala. Our stay at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was truly exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of by the staff, making our experience seamless and memorable. A special thanks to Chef Vinay and Chef Pankaj for their wonderful hospitality, and to the restaurant team ’ Sunil, Prem, Sunny, and Hemant ’ who went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service throughout our stay.Apologies for sharing this feedback a bit late, as we visited in December and somehow missed posting it earlier. Nonetheless, the experience remains fresh in our minds and is deeply appreciated.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is exceptionally beautiful and serene. Just behind the property is a lovely deodar plantation, with stunning snow-clad mountains rising immediately beyond it, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere.The rooms and amenities were excellent, offering both comfort and luxury. The restaurant serves multi-cuisine dishes, and the menu is quite elaborate. We found both the food and the service to be very good.I also used the spa facilities, and the massage was deeply relaxing. The steam bath afterwards was especially refreshing and effective.The resort is only about a kilometre from Dharamkot and is easily accessible by car or auto. Although the distance is short, the slopes are quite steep, so it may not be advisable for senior citizens to walk.The hotel also organises a daily nature walk, which we joined one day and found very interesting.There are monkeys around the property as well. While they generally do not bother guests, it is best not to leave the windows open or carry food while walking around the compound.Overall, we had a very pleasant, peaceful, and memorable stay.
