Room was very nice and moreover Staff was cooperative and polite.
My stay was excellent and comfortable. They provided us with their roof stay and accessibilities when we reached early and also helped us check in earlier than standard time. The staff arranged our tour plan, helped us with the scooty arrangements and provided valuable information for the tour. The food was also great. At the last moment, we were late for our returning bus, but they helped us reach Dharmashala bus stand at time. I really recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable stay with ease of travelling.
