Ac was not working and they charged us extra 1000 rupees for AC room no refund nothing.Then I ordered fries it came 1 hour later.The water was not coming in the toilet.The service was very slow .

Worst ever Experience i faced in your hotel Black Magic, My advice to the owner of the hotel, Your staff member dont have manners to talk with thier guests, Specially your GM of the hotel worst person i ever met, he is very arrogant person , doesn’t even know how to tackle couple entry in Evening. He misbehaviour with my fianc?? was not acceptable. i suggest all the people not to visit this hotel.. As their staff members are very disgusting nd feel like uneducated.

My experience at your hotel Black Magic was the worst ever. I advise the hotel owner that the staff lack manners when interacting with guests. Especially the GM, who is the worst person I've met; he is very arrogant and doesn't know how to handle couples entering in the evening. His misbehavior towards my fiancé was unacceptable. I recommend everyone avoid this hotel as the staff are very unpleasant and seem uneducated.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely small, and the washrooms emit a constant foul smell. The staff is uncooperative and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the main gate remains closed until 7:30 a.m., causing unnecessary inconvenience for guests who need to leave early. The lift was also not working during my stay. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel.
