The in-room dining service is very disappointing. They never answer the phone when we call – during our 2-day stay at the resort, not once did they pick up! We always have to contact Reception to place our order or to get them to notify in-room dining. Tonight, we kept calling around 10:30 pm with no answer. Eventually, someone answered and politely informed us that in-room dining ends at 10:30 pm and only a limited menu is available after that. We were not interested in the limited menu, so we declined to order. There was no apology or sign of regret from them.

This was our most disappointing stay at Club Mahindra so far. Upon arrival, I checked the bed and found the mattress to be uneven with a large dip, and the rooms were dilapidated with barely any room to move. The property lacks open spaces and offers no activities or cultural events. Overall, it feels like a worthless place that cheats guests out of their valuable holidays with such poor offerings. The food experience was the worst! We usually prebook Club Mahindra meal packages for a good deal, but here the food, presentation, and variety were very basic. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was questionable, making us hesitant to eat and risk ruining our holiday. Instead, we opted for nearby cafeterias and cafes, which had many better options.
