We booked the suite which gave us a fantastic experience. It was a rainy day & clouds surrounded the balcony area giving us a literal feeling of being on Cloud Nine.The Staff - Sachin, Sony, Narendra and Manager - Ajay were polite and most helpful - gave good suggestions when asked and were very attentive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Natraj hotel, everything was great, and staff were so helpful throughout.
Room that we got was decent in size but there was no view outside the room, you are literally facing another hotel. Our wifi stopped working the midnight before exit and when we inquired they asked us to use login details of another room which we were hesitant to use. The mini bar had missing items from day 1 and after cleaning we found more items that were gone, upon checkout they asked us to pay for those missing items which we did not consume so do expect depleting items after each cleaning. Overall though the location is comfortable the hotel is not the best, you could get the one next to it at a much cheaper price and hopefully better experience.
