This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff are very helpful, warm, and friendly, which made our stay unforgettable. The temperature-controlled pool, movies, live music, and tasty food are all well thought out and offer great value. If you're seeking a relaxing and fun time in Dharamshala or nearby, this property is a must. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal and Mr. Saurabh for their cooperation and hospitality, and a big thanks to the Himalayan singing team for their wonderful and lively performances. I would definitely love to come back!

I stayed here for 2 days and here is our experience: The room was nice. The location is good but it's situated in a remote forest area, a bit far from the main market. They don't offer any complimentary shuttle service to and from the main market (unlike Radisson). Guests have to either walk on a steep and slippery path or take a cab every time. The food was okay, not impressive and overpriced. The portion sizes for the kids' menu and the regular menu were the same, even though the regular menu costs three times more. Hospitality was average; we had to call room service, the restaurant, and reception 3-4 times just to get water, and this happened every time. Overall, the property, location, and stay were good, but the food quality, hospitality, and services were average—sometimes even a regular 3-star hotel offers better hospitality and food. I usually stay at Radisson, and this was my first time at Hyatt, which seems like it will also be my last.
