There is no basic facilities here. No mirror in room, there are seepage problem, They don't even clean room before handover and no toiletries are provided on demand also

This property's location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of the mountains and city. When I was feeling unwell, the staff checked on me 2-3 times to see if I was okay or needed anything, which I really appreciated. The staff were helpful and friendly overall, making the stay enjoyable. The hotel manager, Birender Thapa, and his assistant, Aditya, worked hard to make sure we had a positive experience. The rooms were tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. My friends and I had a great time during our visit. The hotel is nice, and I strongly recommend it.

Our stay at Villa Paradiso, Dharamshala was wonderful. Manager Birender Singh Thapa and his team were extremely cordial, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. Their valuable guidance for local sightseeing and trip planning made our journey smooth and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality, prompt service, cleanliness, and warm behavior are highly appreciated. I recently stayed at this hotel in McLeod Ganj and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.Location: While the hotel is only about 1.5 km from the main square, reaching it is quite inconvenient. The property is located significantly downhill, requiring a descent of roughly 300-400 feet. The roads in this area are often congested with taxi traffic, making commuting difficult and time-consuming. Returning to the main market involves a steep uphill climb, which can be exhausting, especially for families and elderly travelers.Facilities: We booked the room as a couple, yet only one towel was provided. Even after requesting an additional towel from the staff, the issue was not properly addressed. We were allotted an attic room on the third floor, where cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. There were spiders on the bed, the mattress appeared dusty and unclean, and the iron bed frame constantly made creaking noises with the slightest movement, affecting sleep quality.Nearby Amenities: One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of nearby facilities. For basic necessities such as food, drinking water, or other essentials, you need to climb approximately 400 ft uphill to reach the nearest shops or restaurants. This becomes particularly inconvenient if you need anything late in the evening or multiple times during the day.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to the inconvenient location, inadequate room maintenance, and lack of accessibility to nearby amenities.

Hotel is in a good location. Every tourist spot is nearby.Hotel staffs are very helpful.Hotel is in a very bad condition, our geyser was not working also the door lock was broken.There was a very small mirror.Owners should look into such nitty gritties.Facilities are not updated as per the requirement.
