The biggest credit for that goes to Mr. Pyarelal Ji, the Manager, whose name perfectly reflects his personality. He is one of the most kind-hearted, humble, and genuine people I have ever met. His warmth and hospitality make every guest feel like a member of the family.The entire staff deserves special appreciation. From the front office to housekeeping and the female staff members, everyone is exceptionally courteous, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. It is evident that Pyarelal Ji has trained the team with great dedication, as every small detail is handled with perfection and genuine care.The food here is simply outstanding. No matter how much I praise it, it will still be less. Every meal feels fresh, wholesome, and lovingly prepared’just like home-cooked food. Compliments to the chef for maintaining such excellent quality and taste consistently.The location is another blessing. On one side, you are greeted by the majestic views of the Dhauladhar mountains, and on the other, the soothing sound of the flowing river creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The property is kept in excellent condition. The staff, owner, and manager are all very helpful and create a homely atmosphere. The food is tasty and customized to your preferences. The stream of water behind adds a very soothing ambiance.

I was royally scammed by this property...i booked online at 7,500 per night and when i reached the hotel...i noticed that rack rate was only INR 4,000 MAP. I understand about surge pricing, but this was not ethical at all. Caution to everyone intending to book a room here...DO NOT give credit card details...you will forfeit at least one night tariff if you decide to cancel. Stay date 18-05-2026 to 20-05-2026.

I felt completely cheated by this hotel. I booked a room online for 7,500 per night, but when I arrived, I saw the standard rate was only INR 4,000 with MAP. I get surge pricing, but this was really unfair. Warning to anyone planning to book here: don't share your credit card info because if you cancel, you'll lose at least one night's charge. My stay was from 18-05-2026 to 20-05-2026.
