Your property is nice, but the staff's attitude is inappropriate. Rupali, please have her removed from the office. We are having issues, but she insists she cannot be spoken to. I am the owner here, alright.

The service and staff are excellent. All the food is freshly prepared with care, and the presentation looks fantastic. Especially the young staff member named Sandesh Rae was very polite and respectful; we enjoyed chatting with him. The rooms are tidy and cozy, so I suggest staying here and plan to return myself.

Hotel Buddha in Dharamsala is a wonderful place featuring religious images and proverbs painted inside the rooms, along with Buddhist-themed artwork in the corridors. The hotel offers a cozy, homelike atmosphere, truly a home away from home. Breakfast is complimentary and includes a variety of options such as puri sabji, bread toast, poha with almonds, fruits, milk coffee, suji, and boiled eggs—covering almost every breakfast preference. Cleanliness is excellent. The hotel supports the local economy by employing Himachali youth and promoting local handicrafts, handloom products, and pure local honey through a kiosk. Most importantly, the hotel is managed by Miss Rupali Pathania, who efficiently oversees the food, housekeeping, guest services, and front office departments. She is soft-spoken, very helpful, and intelligent. Best wishes to her and the hotel.

The hotel enjoys a great location and offers comfortable rooms. Yet, having stayed in over 100 hotels, I believe the management should put more effort into improving staff coordination and communication. The service tends to be slow, and there appears to be insufficient teamwork among the staff. Hospitality involves not just the rooms and amenities but also prompt service and a positive guest experience. This hotel shows promise, but enhancing staff communication, teamwork, and responsiveness would significantly improve the guest experience. I hope the management addresses these issues and continues to elevate their service quality.
