Hotel M and Resort is located in the center of the market. This is a renovated hotel especially the reception area and the staircase. We travelled through the overnight bus and reached early in the morning and had to wait for almost six hours for check-in around 12:25 PM. The front desk *** was extremely rude and not bothered at all. He did not allow us to use the bathroom in the meantime to refresh ourselves. Also ,we were offered a very old room at 2nd floor which is completely different from the photographs shared at different booking sites. One more point I would like to highlight that they do not offer any plates, spoon to the guests in the room if you do not order the food. The menu is extremely overpriced like tea is 75 rs +18 percent gst. I have been visiting Mcleodganj every two months due to medical reasons and did not face this kind of issues at all. Please do not book at this hotel. The staff behavior and facilities is terrible. The other guests at the hotel were also facing same issue.
