Best Western Plus Revanta

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish.The location is not convenient, especially if you are not traveling with your own vehicle. The hotel appears to restrict access to external taxi services, making transportation unnecessarily difficult and expensive.Customer service was one of the biggest concerns. The staff were generally unhelpful and often failed to address issues raised by guests. On multiple occasions, calls were disconnected without any follow-up, and despite repeated assurances that updates would be provided within 10 minutes, no one ever came back with a resolution.The hotel also lacked any meaningful facilities or activities for children, making it a poor choice for families.Maintenance and housekeeping were below expectations. The room door was faulty and required manual force every time to close properly. Despite leaving the room keys at reception and specifically requesting room cleaning, the room was not serviced.During my stay, I chose to have dinner every evening at a nearby resort and found the overall experience there far superior in terms of service and atmosphere. Looking back, I would have preferred to stay there instead.Overall, the hotel fell short of basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend it, particularly for families or guests who rely on local transportation.

Our family had an outstanding vacation here. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring, and the staff were very welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were large, clean, and equipped with everything we required. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to this region.

My stay at BW Revanta was pleasant. The balcony offered a wonderful view. Every staff member was courteous, with special thanks to Harish Sharma ji for his helpfulness throughout my visit.
