Very disappointing experience with the hotel staff and restaurant service. Orders repeatedly took more than 1.5 hours, were often forgotten, and sometimes never arrived. When we complained, we were told, “Sir, we have no option due to the crowd.”If you’re only looking for accommodation, it may be fine. But don’t expect good service or proper attention from the hotel staff.
I requested to change my room as flush was not working and room were unclean a lot
