Best hotel in macleodganj
I stayed at Hotel Woodville, Dharamshala on 28 May and accidentally left an item in my room. Since then, I've called multiple times, kindly asking them to send my item by courier, even offering to cover all shipping costs. However, over a month later (today is 15 July), I still haven't received it. Each call brings the same excuses: the manager is on leave, the manager will inform us, or staff are busy. No one takes responsibility or gives a clear update. The poor customer service and lack of accountability are very disappointing. Returning a guest's forgotten item should be a basic courtesy, especially when the guest is willing to pay for shipping. I hope management addresses this and improves their post-stay service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
