Somewhat good but worst experience. Heater was not working then had to call and repair it. TV was not working since the DTH was not reacharged. Lift is old and will work somewhat stuck in between. The roof top restaurant is pathetic. Don't use it. Room service takes hours to get attended. If u order coffee and tea it takes an hour to bring.

I recently stayed for one night over the weekend and, while the staff were helpful, I was quite disappointed with the room's condition. The maintenance is severely lacking; upon entering, I was met with a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Additionally, I encountered cockroaches and non-functional bathroom lighting. Even the basement parking, though covered, felt neglected and shabby. Given the cost & quality, the experience did not meet expectations.

Absolutely avoid ’ unless you're desperate.The rooms are old and filthy, with strong, dirty odours. The mattress smells of old sweat, the bathroom of stale urine and sewerage and the toilet was continously filling. The upstairs halls and lobby look like something out of a horror movie. The room next door smelt so bad the odour was seeping into ours.There was no hot water, kettle or working TV channels and no working fan. The WiFi never worked. We called reception multiple times and even had to go down in person twice until the 'maintenance guy' appeared.2 hours later hot water was fixed, TV box replaced and kettle given.The whole place is poorly maintained with no atmosphere or soul.Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

I had a good stay at Hotel Casa Meridian. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful. The overall ambiance was pleasant, and the location is convenient for getting around.Vegetarian food options are available nearby, and the in-house restaurant serves decent veg meals. However, if you prefer variety or specific cuisines, you can easily order food through Swiggy or Zomato ’ delivery is allowed at the hotel, which is a big plus.Overall, a good choice for a short stay with decent veg food availability and flexibility for ordering in.
