Hotel CP Palace

We had a fantastic stay at CP Palace on 10/Dec .The accommodations were excellent, and the service was superb.We want to specifically commend Urmila Singh for her exceptional service. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful when she well spoken and understanding she assisted in fulfilling the requirements that we asked for and ensured our room was perfect. Urmila’s warm hospitality is a major asset to your team!Thank you, and we look forward to staying with you again.

Property is very well maintained very friendly staff and excellent service.As for rooms, very spacious , comfortable beds and clean linen. Good quality toiletries and clean spacious bathrooms.Breakfast spread was amazing but veg only.The frequent noise from the restaurant on 7th floor was disturbing, the room doors need better sound proofing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room cleaning service was prompt and efficient’the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was well-maintained every day.Jyoti and Harman such a good staff and behaviour is also much polite. Also the service is superb.The towels were fresh, and the bathroom was kept clean and stocked with essentials.One thing I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail, like neatly arranging personal items and ensuring the floors were spotless. The staff was polite and responsive whenever I requested extra toiletries or water bottles.Overall, the hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with reliable housekeeping service, making the stay relaxing and stress-free. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a hygienic and well-kept place to stay.Thank you so much to all.

All good except check out timing which was too short. I had to check out at 11 am to keep my baggage in the cloak room safely.
