The staff are very arrogant and lack proper training. Hospitality is very poor with no teamwork or coordination. The bathrooms are filthy and have such a bad odor that it could make you sick right away. The building and its interiors are in a dilapidated condition and urgently need maintenance and renovation. Other hotels nearby provide much better service for similar prices. This place should be avoided. The staff definitely require training.
