Disappointing Expensive Stay

The service in the hotel was pathetic. They charged us Rs.375 per plate for just providing a two sweets that too same kind, a mixture a paneer pakora and veg pakora. They didn't even had the decency to serve the starter with a spoon and you'll end up loosing your impression infront of your guests. Then we had to call the staff multiple times to wipe off the water in the room which got into due to rain. We had booked the room in one day prior and still the AC of the room wasn't functioning and we have to call them to get the AC remote. And they charged an exorbitant amount of 5000 for such pathetic service.
