I reserved a deluxe AC room at Hotel Lord Shiva, but the experience was very disappointing. Upon check-in, I was assigned a non-AC room instead of the one I paid for. The room was in poor condition and did not justify the cost. When I brought up the issue, the staff demanded extra payment rather than addressing the problem. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. The reception showed no proper response or responsibility. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel. Please be cautious before booking here.

Room bahut hi kharab hai, jaise koi khandar ho. Ek raat ka charge 2000-2200 hai, lekin customer ke liye ek bhi sabun ya shampoo nahi milta. Agar aapko hotel jaake fresh hona hai to apne saath lana padega. Upar se staff ka vyavhaar bahut hi kharab hai. Room ka AC bhi kaam nahi karta, jab complaint karte hain to kehte hain ki AC chal raha hai. Paise ka bilkul bekaar istemal hai.

Extremely poor

Room was not clean, there were spider webs in the room, lots of hair was there in the room, even though they cleaned. It was non AC room, tv was not working. Price was good, but room was not.
