Solo Traveller • India • Jul 2026I want to formally express my strongest dissatisfaction with both the hotel and MMT for deceiving customers. The hotel listed is the worst and most unhygienic place I've ever stayed at, yet MMT advertises "Room Service & In-room Dining Available." Upon arrival, the hotel refused both services. This is blatant misrepresentation and fraud. The room and bathroom were dirty and unsuitable for staying, and the location was very unsafe and inconvenient. Why does MMT promote and accept payment for such low-quality hotels? Is there any quality control at all? The MMT customer service was even worse. I was put on hold for 45 minutes, then told a representative would call me in 30 minutes. No one has called yet. Is this the kind of service MMT prides itself on? This is total neglect. I'm fortunate I didn't come here with my family.
