Despite having a confirmed booking through FabHotels, the hotel cancelled/refused my booking even though FabHotels had provided the booking confirmation at the time.The reception staff was not helpful in resolving the situation and their attitude towards a guest was unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be honoured, or at least handled properly with a reasonable explanation and assistance.Overall, this experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel before arriving, as my confirmed booking was not handled properly.

Even though I had a confirmed booking through FabHotels, the hotel cancelled or refused my reservation despite FabHotels providing the booking confirmation at the time. The reception staff did not help to resolve the issue and their attitude towards me as a guest was unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be respected or at least managed properly with a clear explanation and support. Overall, this caused me unnecessary trouble and frustration. I strongly suggest confirming directly with the hotel before arrival, as my confirmed booking was mishandled.

I will never recommend anyone to stay here, if you book online they ask you for extra amount for check in, otherwise just sit here, I waited here for 2 hours, and they don't even talk to customer care
