Room was dirty there was hairs on bed sheet and room was not clean and hygienic washroom commode was not functional and water was also not coming in taps also there was no towel shampoo in shops in washroom it was very terrible experience

This is the best hotel in Rajeev Nagar. All the staff are very good and polite. Even the rooms are very clean. No second thought, just go for it and you will love it.

Only staff Nitu &night staff good and cooperative ..rest everything downfall..no basic amenities for a family to stay.Nothing working..TV,No pressure in water tap and shower..owner need to spend money in the property to get good reviews.

I travel a lot ..I booked this hotel looking at its review and location. It was just opposite what I thought and expected. The only good thing in this hotel is about 2 staff Nitu singh (lady) and the guy who works night stiff. They are top notch.No water in hotel,the water drips from the tap. It seems the staff is forced by owner not to use facilities of the hotel.Any mistake accidentally done by staff money is deducted from their pay. Guest satisfaction should be for any owner first priority rather than just thinking of making money. False advertisement on website.They advertise in-house restaurant but there is no restaurant in the hotel. You book breakfast you will be shocked to see paratha packed in poly bag delivered to you at your door that also around 9:30. What if you have to leave early. You wanna do business please look after hygiene status of your hotel.
