Unfortunately, the actual experience was significantly below the standard and amenities advertised on Agoda.The following issues were observed during my stay:- Agoda clearly mentioned complimentary/free water bottles, but they were not provided.- There was no TV connection in the room. (No cable recharge)- The room was full of mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay.- There was a strong foul smell in the room, indicating poor cleanliness and maintenance.These issues are unacceptable, especially since the listed amenities and room conditions on Agoda were not provided as advertised.I request Agoda to please look into this matter . I would also appreciate it if you could take appropriate action with the property to ensure that other customers do not face similar problems.Please treat this complaint seriously and let me know the resolution at the earliest.Thank you.
