Very poor experience, room maintenance is poor. AC was chocked and water spilled on bed all night. No water bottles provided on day2. Complimentary breakfast not provided on day2 as i had early departure, there is no option to avail packed breakfast. Day1 they provided expired date bread and removed it immediately on showing it to staff. Very limited menu for breakfast. Overall bad experience.

I chose this hotel because it seemed like a new property with good facilities, but my stay was very disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, the reception staff were busy chatting with another guest and I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could check in. I had to interrupt them to remind them I had a reservation, and then I was just given a room key with no help or welcome. When I got to the room, housekeeping was still cleaning and asked me to wait 5 more minutes, which felt unprofessional since the room should have been ready. Soon after entering, housekeeping kept knocking to get a master key left in the room, then to collect an iron they left behind, and later to apologize for the mistake. These interruptions made it hard to relax. Room service was also poor; I called several times to order snacks but no one answered. After contacting reception, I was told I'd get a callback, which came 40 minutes later. The staff said he was alone and handling everything. The order took nearly 50 minutes to arrive. Then, only 15 minutes after delivering the food, staff came back to collect the tray and coffee flask, and despite me asking for more time, they returned quickly to take them. Dinner was no better; calls went unanswered again and the food arrived after 11 PM despite ordering around 9:45 PM. The next morning, when I called for breakfast, the staff didn’t know the menu and promised to call back but never did, so I only ordered tea and skipped breakfast. Housekeeping also kept knocking to ask about cleaning even after I said I didn’t want it. Overall, the stay was marked by poor coordination, unprofessionalism, constant interruptions, unresponsive room service, long delays, and no guest comfort. Although the hotel is new, the service is far below what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they improve staff training, guest service, and management.

I booked this hotel because it appeared to be a newly built property with promising facilities. I eventually had to interrupt and inform them that I had a booking. Even then, I was simply handed a room key without any guidance, assistance, or hospitality.When I reached the room, housekeeping staff were still mopping the floor and asked me to wait another 5 minutes before the room could be handed over. This felt highly unprofessional, as the room should have been ready before check-in.The situation became worse afterward. Within minutes of entering the room, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on my door:* First, asking for a master key that had been left in the room.* Then returning to collect an iron that had mistakenly been left inside.* Later knocking again to apologize for the mistake.The constant interruptions made it impossible to relax.Room service was equally disappointing. In the evening, I tried calling multiple times to order snacks, but nobody answered despite several attempts. After contacting reception, I was told I would receive a callback, which came nearly 40 minutes later. The staff member informed me he was alone and handling everything himself. After placing the order, it took almost 50 minutes to arrive.To make matters worse, just 15 minutes after delivering the food, staff knocked again to collect the tray and coffee flask. Even after I requested more time, they returned within minutes asking for the items back. This level of disturbance was unacceptable.Dinner service was no better. Calls went unanswered again, and after finally managing to place an order around 9:45 PM, the food was delivered only after 11:00 PM.The next morning, when I called for breakfast, the room service staff did not even know what items were available on the menu and promised to check and call back, which never happened. I ended up ordering only tea and skipped breakfast entirely.Meanwhile, housekeeping continued knocking repeatedly to ask about room cleaning despite already being told that I did not require the service.Overall, the stay was characterized by poor coordination, lack of professionalism, repeated disturbances, unresponsive room service, excessive delays, and a complete absence of guest comfort. The property may be new, but the service standards are far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in staff training, guest handling, and operational management.
