Hotel Crown Plaza

First time I visited Rudrapur and this hotel too,, I feel like a home,, breakfast and dinner taste is like so good like our home,,,, hotel staff are very polite and very helpful,,, food orders were ready within 5 to 10 minute,, I would likke to visit this hotel everytime....

’ 1/5The room did not meet even basic expectations. Open switchboards, broken furniture, poor housekeeping, and an already-opened water bottle raised serious concerns about safety and hygiene. The management should address these issues immediately.

I am just confused weather the property will good or not but the accomodation was really awesom and service is fantastic the manager is a good person and overall all the staff is cooperative.I do work as an sales for my own business and this property gonna be my regular stay place when I suppose to come rudrapur.

Last night, me and my team visited Hotel Crown and booked AC rooms because the weather was extremely hot. While shifting we politely asked the receptionist if they had a power backup for the AC in case of a light cut.But instead of answering properly, the receptionist behaved very rudely and said that if we wanted backup for the AC, we had to pay extra charges. We asked why extra payment was needed when we had already booked AC rooms. After that, the staff started talking very aggressively, refunded our money, and even tore our Aadhaar ID copies in front of us.At around 12:30 midnight, they loudly told us to ’go book OYO instead.’ It was a very disappointing and disrespectful experience.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor staff behavior and bad hospitality.

The property is not as seen in pics. There is dampness in all walls, other facilities are also below average. Not at all worth the price.
