Dirty, smelly rooms, drainage problems and unresponsive staff

Ac not responding to remote control, wash room flooding with water as drainage is problem. This hotel is not for those who go to relax. Avoid it if possible

Family • India • Oct 2026I went to this hotel on a holiday trip to rishikesh, the location of this hotel was a quite okay but the back view from it was fantastic ’? the thing which I personally loved was the terrace which was having a fantastic scenario of ganges. Their is a ghat nearby which is known as sai ghat and the Marine drive is just 10 steps behind, the triveni ghat was about 800 meters from there. The hotel prices are a little high but the room quality was nice, i took a double bed room for 5 people which costed me around 3200rs per night. The bathroom are also Hygienic but their is no bathroom service provided by them which was a quite disappointing. Like it was not having shampoo and soap which usually every hotel has ’?I will rate it overall 4 out of 5 just because of the location other wise the balcony attached room are just wastage of money as because they are not having any nice view , their is only a big building in front of balcony ,’’’’’??

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Door lock not working, whole day it was Ram bharose, Bedsheet not changed just because it didn't have any visible stains but hair clumps made sure that it wasn't changed.Rooms dont have any window & Sunlight can't enter, it was smelling bad, Lift only works from top floor to 1st but not from ground.Parking available but only if you can walk 1 km that also open that in month of June you cant sit.

Poor Experience....We had worst Experience ever.Bad Smelly and very dirty rooms even after so many complaints to staffs and their management.Staffs were very very unresponsive.Would suggest to choose some other options pls if you dont want to have sewage smell. This is the same situation for multiple people. If I would love to give less than 1 star if it was there
