Staff were not friendly. Rooms were very small and prices seemed too high for what was offered.

Although we paid a lot and still had almost an hour before checkout, a female staff member acted rudely and prevented us from leaving, making us feel guilty. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, they accused us of breaking a clothes hanger and demanded payment without showing any proof. It seemed more like a money grab than a genuine resolution. Overall, the customer service was poor and the checkout experience was unpleasant.

The bed was very comfortable, guaranteeing a restful sleep, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. Waking up to the lovely views and tranquil atmosphere was just what we needed to relax. The front desk and housekeeping staff were especially courteous, efficient, and warmly welcoming. The standout part of our stay was the experience at their onsite cafe, Kafe'd. We celebrated my wife's birthday there, and the owner and staff made it truly special. The cafe features an amazing ambiance with great lighting, seating, and music that creates a cozy yet upscale vibe you don't want to leave. The food was outstanding—each dish was flavorful, beautifully plated, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. From the expertly brewed coffee to the delicious meals, it was a real treat. What touched us most was the hospitality; the owner personally ensured my wife's birthday was intimate and perfect. Their extra care and warmth turned a simple dinner into a cherished memory. I had a truly delightful stay! I spent a weekend here recently and was very impressed. The location was ideal—near key local sights but still quiet enough for a restful night. My room was immaculate, roomy, and modern, with a very comfy bed and a lovely view from the window. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything neat during my stay. The front desk and service staff deserve special praise for being very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with directions or local tips. The breakfast buffet was another standout, featuring a fresh and varied mix of local and international foods. Overall, this hotel provides great value and I highly recommend it to visitors in the area. I will definitely come back!

Great location, within walking distance to Triveni Ghat. The Ganga river is visible from both the balcony and the restaurant. The rooms are nice though a bit small. The place is well organized, tidy, and professionally managed.
