Hello ZoukStayz Team,I recently stayed at your property and paid 9,600 for a one-day stay, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.My check-in time was 1:00 PM. I arrived slightly early at 12:30 PM, but even after waiting, I only received the room at around 1:50 PM.After entering the room, I noticed several basic amenities were missing:- No water bottles- No towels- The geyser power cable was not even connected properly. I had to connect it myself, and the socket was placed very high which was inconvenient and unsafe.In the morning, there was no water coming from the tap at all.Another major issue was the lack of staff support. When I requested help with luggage, your staff responded rudely and said there was no staff available and that I should carry it myself.Additionally, the location shown on the map is misleading. It appears to be directly on the main road, but the actual property is located around 500 meters inside from the backside road. To access the main road, guests have to use stairs/ladders, which makes carrying luggage extremely difficult.Overall, this was a very poor and unprofessional experience, especially considering the amount charged. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service and guest management.
