Our stay here was very disappointing. We had paid 50% upfront when booking. Upon arrival, the room shown was dirty and the bathroom was in bad shape. We requested a different room, but the room allocation process was very inconvenient. Check-in was supposed to be at noon, but we waited almost three hours to get a room. The room we finally received was on the 4th floor and felt neither safe nor comfortable. Cleanliness and service were major problems. There was no proper room cleaning, no hot water in the morning, and the balconies had stagnant water. We were also charged extra for a balcony room. The staff were unprofessional, and the elevator was in poor condition; we even saw a lizard inside it, which was worrying. Overall, the experience was well below expectations with poor management, cleanliness, service, and staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel.

When we asked for a different room, instead of resolving the issue, we were told to cancel and get a refund. Eventually, we were given a room on the 4th floor that felt unsafe, and despite our worries, the staff did not provide a better option. Our check-in was supposed to be at 12 PM, but we waited nearly 3 hours to get a room. The room cleaning service was inadequate, and there was no hot water available in the morning. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. The balconies had standing water, which was another big problem. We were charged extra for a balcony room, but the balcony's condition was unacceptable. Also, although we initially paid 50% in advance, we were only given the room after paying 100%, with no clear notice of this at booking. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel due to the service, cleanliness, safety issues, and how the staff handled our complaints.
