One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The property is seriously overpriced for the quality of rooms and services offered. The room was in poor condition and certainly did not justify the price charged.The service started becoming uncomfortable immediately after check-in. The staff called me four times asking for the advance payment. Eventually, I made half of the payment but the repeated calls were unnecessary and left a very poor impression.The breakfast experience was almost a joke. We were promised a buffet breakfast, but there was no proper buffet. Only a limited number of items were served at the table. The South Indian options were extremely limited, and if you wanted normal North Indian/regular breakfast items, you were told to pay extra. This was not what was communicated at the time of booking.The owner/manager’s behaviour was another major disappointment. Instead of handling customer concerns professionally, the owner/manager had no proper manners or courtesy while speaking to guests. When we raised our concerns, rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, they kept giving excuses. For a property charging such high prices, I expected much better professionalism and hospitality from the management.Even during checkout, the experience remained poor. In the morning, the hotel called to remind us about checkout and specifically told us that someone would be sent to help with the luggage. However, despite the assurance, nobody came to assist with the luggage.Overall, this property fails in several basic areas: poor room condition, overpriced stay, repeated payment follow-ups, misleading breakfast commitment, limited food options, poor coordination, and unprofessional behaviour from the owner/manager.The biggest issue is not just the facilities’it is the attitude of the management towards guests.Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this property and would personally avoid staying here again.

Terrible experience and completely unsafe for couples! The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional, creepy, and they have absolutely zero respect for privacy. I stayed here with my partner, and the staff kept ringing our doorbell at odd hours’once at 12 AM and again at 6 AM’without any valid reason. It felt like deliberate harassment. If you value your privacy, peace of mind, and safety, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Highly NOT recommended."

Sabse kharab hotel anubhav! Yahan ki seva aur staff ka bartav bahut hi bekar hai. Privacy ka koi naam nahi hai. Main apni girlfriend ke sath yahan tha, aur staff bina kisi wajah ke aadhi raat 12 baje aur subah 6 baje bell bajakar humein pareshan kar raha tha. Ye jagah bilkul hi creepy aur unsafe lagti hai. Couples ko is hotel mein aane se bachna chahiye.

Awful experience and totally unsafe for couples! The staff acted very unprofessionally and creepily, showing no respect for privacy. I was with my partner, and they kept knocking on our door at strange times—once at midnight and again at 6 in the morning—without any good reason. It seemed like intentional harassment. If you care about your privacy, peace, and safety, avoid this hotel at all costs. Strongly not recommended.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was terrible.
