My overall experience at this property was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food quality was top-notch, reminiscent of the best meals in Delhi. Be sure to visit the rooftop area when the weather is nice; it's a must-see. Overall, it was excellent. I recommend it to all customers.

Main kaafi samay se yeh review likhna chahta tha, aur sabse pehle JP Hills se maafi chahta hoon late review ke liye. Kal mere phone par hotel ka ek promotional message aaya, jise dekhte hi mera stay yaad aa gaya, isliye socha ab review likhna zaroori hai. Jab maine Hotel JP Hills, Rishikesh book karne ka plan banaya tha, tab maine online kuch reviews padhe the. Kuch negative points dekhkar maine seedha hotel team se baat ki, jahan meri baat Anuj Ji se hui. Unse maine sab cheezon ke baare mein poocha. Mujhe sabse achhi baat lagi ki Anuj Ji ne har baat bahut hi politely aur honestly samjhayi. Unhone koi baat chhupayi nahi aur sirf booking lene ke liye convince karne ki koshish bhi nahi ki. Har concern ka proper jawab diya, jiske baad maine apna stay confirm kiya. Aur main sach mein keh sakta hoon, mera experience meri expectations se bhi behtar raha. Hotel pahunchte hi Tilak aur Tulsi Mala ke saath ek traditional welcome mila. Yeh chhota sa gesture tha, lekin dil ko bahut achha laga aur mehsoos hua ki guest ko sach mein dil se welcome kiya ja raha hai. Poora staff bahut polite, respectful aur madadgar tha. Special mention Pradeep Ji, G.M. Unka hamesha muskurana, pyar aur patience ke saath baat karna, aur Rishikesh ke itinerary, aas-paas ke jagah aur ghoomne ki jagahon ke baare mein personally guide karna bahut pasand aaya. Unse baat karke kabhi aisa nahi laga ki hum sirf hotel ke guests hain. Hospitality mein ek personal touch tha, jo aajkal bahut kam milta hai. Property comfortable thi, service achhi thi aur overall stay bahut peaceful aur yaadgar raha. Kabhi-kabhi kisi hotel ko hum uske rooms ya location ki wajah se nahi, balki wahan ke logon ke vyavhaar aur hospitality ki wajah se yaad rakhte hain, aur JP Hills definitely unmein se ek hai. Bahut dhanyavaad Hotel JP Hills, Rishikesh aur poori team ko hamara stay itna comfortable aur yaadgar banane ke liye. Phir se maafi late review ke liye. Kal jab hotel ka message aaya, toh puri stay ki yaadein taza ho gayi. Sab kuch sach mein achha tha, aur main zaroor recommend karunga Hotel JP Hills ko un sabhi ko jo Rishikesh mein stay plan kar rahe hain. Aasha hai jaldi phir aane ka mauka mile. 🙏
