Very disappointing experience — not recommendedI would strongly recommend visiting the hotel and checking the room in person before booking, rather than relying solely on an online booking.Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The first room offered to me was poorly maintained, and the overall condition did not match what I expected from the booking.The hotel also did not accommodate a 2-hour early check-in, which was inconvenient. More importantly, the behaviour of one of the staff members, ***, was quite rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse.The first two rooms are front-facing and receive better natural light, while many of the other rooms are quite dark throughout the day. The room I was given was very small, had poor ventilation, and had an unpleasant smell, apparently because there was hardly any sunlight or fresh air.The basic facilities were also disappointing. The water flow from the tap was extremely slow, and several aspects of the room appeared poorly maintained.Overall, I would not recommend booking this property blindly online. If you still decide to stay here, I strongly suggest visiting beforehand, inspecting the actual room, and confirming its condition before making the booking.
