Terrible experience. Electricity was unreliable, water supply was inadequate, and there were no basic facilities. Room service was nonexistent as calls went unanswered. Bathroom fixtures were damaged and badly kept. Despite arriving late, we were made to check out by noon with no leeway. The access road to the hotel is dangerous and in very poor shape. It's difficult to trust the positive reviews—they seem entirely fabricated. In summary, poor service, worse upkeep, and definitely not worth the price. I would not suggest staying here.

Overall, it was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it because of frequent power outages, electrical problems, lack of inverter backup, inadequate water supply in the bathroom, a leaking jet spray, no intercom, poor service, and the dome hut leaking at the corners during rain. We also had trouble reaching the place due to bad roads and no help with directions. The best part was the scenic view from the top, where you can see the Ganges flowing through Rishikesh city. The food was good, and the weather was great—cool, windy, and rainy. If the room facilities had been better, we would have stayed longer, but we left after just one day. I hope the new management makes the needed improvements.

If you want a place where even the most basic things feel like luxuries, this is the spot for you. The bathroom was another issue: the jet spray leaked through the hose, making it more of a plumbing problem than a fixture. We arrived at 7 PM, losing most of the day we paid for, but late checkout wasn’t allowed—12 PM sharp was the rule. The road to the hotel felt more like an obstacle course, with poor conditions and no safety measures. And those positive online reviews? After staying here, I wondered if those reviewers had been to the same place or somewhere else entirely. No steady electricity, no proper water, no towels, bad upkeep, unresponsive staff, and a dangerous access road. The only thing consistent was management’s talent for lowering expectations. Would not recommend.

Stay bahut hi accha tha. View zabardast tha, staff bahut hi friendly tha aur khana bhi bahut tasty tha. Main ise bahut recommend karta hoon.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Navira hills domes offers great food and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the calm and rejuvenating environment, far from the city's noise. I look forward to coming back.
