Perfectstayz The Jungle Resort, Shivpuri

⚠️ My Genuine Experience This place was quite a letdown. The staff acted very unprofessionally and were not helpful at all during my stay. From what I experienced, I wouldn't suggest coming here.

My stay at The Perfect stayz Hotel in Rishikesh was disappointing. The food was the only good part and enjoyable. However, I waited for breakfast for an hour, which was too long. Everything else was below expectations. The service was bad, the staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, and the experience did not match the price. The hotel needs major improvements in customer service and management. I would recommend it only for the food, not for staying. The staff lacked manners and charged us three times more for supposed damage to items and property. There was a tense conversation as if they were about to fight. I was there with my family, including my sister and daughter.

The experience was quite disappointing. The staff acted in a very rude and unprofessional manner. From what I encountered, I would advise against anyone staying at this place.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay! The resort is lovely, tidy, and tranquil. Captain Karan was very polite, and the meals were truly tasty. Strongly suggest it!

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the rooms are excellent... an ideal spot to spend time with family and friends. Mr. Karan Yadav was an excellent host... everyone should visit at least once.
