Disappointing Riverside Stay

Please don’t book this property & waste your money & ruin your blissful experience of visiting Rishikesh.Right from the time we reached it was a disastrous experience, they have construction on-going for the main lobby. From triveni ghat to this property you ll easily take 30-40 min drive only for few KM & each visit out of this property will cost you 500 Rupees, when we reached there was literally nobody to take our luggage etc.When we entered room to our surprise we spotted some leftover food under our bed. Now imagine a property charging 20 K per night & having to see this. Why would you pay so much??I am sure many properties around offer better amenities. Aside from the beautiful view of Ganga from the resort & the ganga aarti by pool side. We didn’t enjoy our stay here.Would give big thumbs up to the buffet restaurant staff next to reception who were really good & even the food was quite good.Priyanka the guest relations manager was helpful with her assistance & recovery. But overall not going to recommend this resort to anyone ever. The location is such that its a bad bumpy ride getting to & fro from the property which ruins entire experience.
