Pride Hotel And Resort Rishikesh

Stayed here for a whole month in January. And it was the best. I stayed in room 304. It had heating/AC. The shower was great, good water pressure and as hot as you like. The staff was really great too. Nothing was too much to ask. I didn’t bring my thermos bottle from home and the got me a new one. They helped me sending a parcel back to the Netherlands, laundry service was great and cleaning also. It really was a pleasure staying here. Would def stay here again and I highly recommend Pride!

We stayed at Rishikesh Pride Hotel and booked a room for three people, expecting the basic standards of a reputed hotel. At check-in, we were informed that a proper bed for the third person was not available and that a mattress would be provided instead.Later, only a mattress for the floor was provided, not a proper folding bed. This was extremely disappointing. We booked a renowned hotel, not a lodge or dormitory, and we paid a good amount for our stay. Providing a mattress on the floor is not acceptable for a hotel of this category.When we raised this concern at the front desk, the staff members Sachin and Shilja were rude and unresponsive. Instead of handling the issue politely, they refused to help and said the bed had already been given to someone else. The attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience worse.Hospitality is not just about rooms, but also about how guests are treated. Sadly, this stay did not meet those expectations. Management seriously needs to improve staff behaviour and ensure that confirmed bookings are honoured properly.

I stayed in Premier Room on 23 Dec. The rooms did not have Air conditioning. The temperature was not maintained suitably to meet living conforts. I reported this matter during check in the mechanic came and promised the system will heat up and required temperature will reach but did not happen. The staff looked helpless . They suggested extra blanket that too at midnightBad experienceSecondly the occupation was less and no choice breakfast only limited fixed menu.Thirdly The parking facilities and luggage shift was denied by watchman despite information to help desk.The location is on Main High way and it was nightmare to transfer luggage. I was about to be run over by speeding vehicle.Over all poor show . Rooms are neat but for price that i paid this I could have got in any nearby hotels too..

Extremely Disappointing StayI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The most basic amenities were missing ’ there was no hot water throughout my stay, which made showering extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the bed sheets were visibly dirty and did not appear freshly washed, raising serious concerns about hygiene.The food was another letdown. It arrived cold, bland, and poorly presented, far from what one would expect even at a budget property. The lack of attention to cleanliness and overall guest comfort was evident across all aspects of the stay.I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, as the property has potential but is currently far below acceptable standards. Pls don’t book this hotel! ’’
