Hotel The Shivaay Delight Inn

I had a really great experience staying here. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They genuinely care about their guests, which made my stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and everything was well managed. It's rare to find a place where the staff are so welcoming and attentive.I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and welcoming, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service was always prompt. The food was delicious and fairly priced, making it great value for money. The hotel is within walking distance of Lakshman Jhula. The lane leading to Lakshman Jhula is right opposite to the hotel. The upper floors and the dining area offer beautiful mountain views, which made our stay even more enjoyable.A special mention to Gopal, who was exceptionally well-spoken, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome.

Very Nice place to stay.Hotel is well maintained, rooms are very good.Food was delicious.Specially Rakesh Bhaiya was there for everything, u just ask him and he never say no.Was Travelling with Family and 2 toddlers. They provided milk, food as per requirement for children's also.Highly recommended for family and for individual travels also.

Our experience in the hotel was very goodThe location and food of the hotel is best. In the radius of 4 kms there are all the places of interest and good cafes ( 60's , Ira's ). The room is very good. Personal requirement in a room will always vary but the room is sufficient for a group of 2 and a family of 3 ( 2 adults + 1 kid ) members. They also had arrangements for 2 wheeler rental which is also a plus. Nearby, there is an office of thrill factory which is a good destination for various adventure activities. In all, the experience was very good. Must go if you prefer convenience on a trip.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and I am very pleased with their service and hospitality. They greeted me all the time and they even taught me Hindi phrases. The service felt personalised too when they gifted me birthday cake. I was very surprised and happy. Room is exactly the same as photos. It is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is in a very quiet location mid way between upper tapovan and laxman jhula. Taxi can enter the street without problem. You can organise taxi with them. Although in the day there was construction behind, it stops at night so my sleep was never interrupted. They offered me discounted rates because I stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.. really.
