Resort rooms (we were in the new wing) are nice and Indian food is pretty good, continental is average. Location is next to Ganga and Laxman jhula is 500mt away.But the facilities are poorly maintained and the staff doesn’t care. Particularly the pool, this is worst hotel pool I’ve been to, specially at the price point. There is zero visibility in the water, they keep the jets which power water turnover off most of the time, there’s usually no one at the pool to help with towels or setup sunbeds. Their recreation area is bad, they store extra beds in the same room. And if you complaint at the reception they’ll treat you like it’s no big deal and it is what it is.The hotel is primarily vertical and access is only via very small poorly maintained lifts. Eg, i had to use 3 diff lifts to get to pool (8 levels down) from my home. And they would overload with more than 4 persons at a time. Getting around would get difficult if you have a big group.Come here if you wanna just sleep in hotel and have a packed day outside. But if you’re looking for a relaxing trip and use the amenities here, I’d avoid this hotel. My use case was latter hence low rating.

This hotel is very old and not maintained. Old lifts, algae everywhere dirty pool.Biggest problem is their service. Their reception has no idea what’s happening in their hotel. Day 1 their pool was so dirty the guy near the pool said they don’t have chemicals to clean and waiting for it. Reception had no idea and weren’t able to do anything. Next day 11am their pool is not operational (dirty again and water not flowing), sunbeds don’t have cushions, no person to talk to. And again reception has no idea what’s happening.They sent me to the playing area which had no power. Their common facilities have no phone so can’t really call anyone.Food is good and food service is good. But if you want to do anything other than eat during your stay, I’d say do not book this hotel.
