I stayed at this hotel with my gf.The Staffs were illiterate, over priced hotel, low space room, you can have other best hotels at this price.... 2 incidents left us very disappointed.1.In the afternoon, while we were leaving through the hotel’s inside gate to go to the Ganga Ghat, the security guard stopped us and asked in a very rude and loud tone, “Where are you going?” He then asked loudly where we were staying. We gave him our room number, after which he explained that people from outside sometimes enter, so he had to ask.We completely understand the need for security checks, but hotel guests should also be spoken to respectfully. The guard’s tone and behaviour made both of us feel uncomfortable and humiliated.2. Morning breakfast was included in the booking, we went to the restaurant... While we were having breakfast, the staffs were gazing at us and gossiping with their group.We informed the hotel about the incident on WhatsApp, but we did not receive any response, very low communication, after that I called the general manager, he said he will check and do some actions but after that I didn't get any follow back.
