To the slim guy with glasses at the reception, Thanks a lot, bhai. That day taught me a big lesson and gave me a confidence boost. On 11th Sept, you said, “₹1500 ka room hai,” and then so confidently judged my status and told me I couldn’t afford it. For a moment, I felt like I was at an astrology and character reading desk, not a reception. Such confidence in reading a stranger... wow sir. 👏 Congrats! Because of your customer service, I went to another hotel, booked a ₹2000 room, and found genuinely sweet and respectful staff with a better view. Your sales skills are amazing. Not selling your own hotel’s room but selling the competitor’s... that’s a rare talent. 🏆 Masterclass: How to Lose a Customer in 30 Seconds. Everyone teaches customer satisfaction, but we should learn customer dissatisfaction from you. And yes, I didn’t say anything then. Later, my friend came back to meet you... but you weren’t at the reception. Maybe that was good, otherwise you’d remember how to talk to customers. Just one advice: think a hundred times before assuming a customer’s pocket or status. Respect needs character, not a wallet. Thanks again for helping me find a much better hotel. Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Property is suitably located in viscinity of Vanprasth Ashram. Newly built hotel with good facilities. Only shortcoming is restaurant is located in Nirvana Palace their adjoining hotel. Staff at desk and housekeeping is excetionally good and humble. Overall stay was a nice experience.
Had a great stay with excellent staff. I will return.
