There is rats in bed cupboard and my stuff and food is spoiled by it. No one came for even swiping and owner lady behaviour was not good. No bucket and mug in bathroom

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.The room was in a pathetic condition and was not worth the amount charged. The washroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. There was no landline in the room, which was very inconvenient.The wardrobe was broken and almost fell on my child, which was a serious safety hazard. To make matters worse, there was a beer bottle left on top of the wardrobe, and it fell onto the floor. This is completely unacceptable for a family hotel.Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and unsafe. The price charged was far too high for such poor facilities and condition. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling with your family...because I have booked online and I was traveling first time so we don't have any idea about the location ...Main thing no parking available there..so please don't book this hotel.
