Very very dirty hotel and the staffs were indifferent about the customer's complaint. Even after requesting for changing the dirty bed sheets, bed covers etc., they did not pay heed to our request. If you are a gentleman, never book this property.

I booked this place because Google showed an official site, but they don't actually have their own website. The booking page Google directs you to is misleading and not managed by them, though they act like it is. The manager was very rude and aggressive. As soon as we had a problem, he tried to scam and intimidate us, saying "you won’t find a room anywhere else in the city tonight" to pressure us into paying more. It was a clear intimidation tactic. Nothing matched the advertisement. The amenities listed online—Wi-Fi, AC, hot water, clean linen, TV—either didn't work or weren't available. When we mentioned this, they said "that's not our site, we never promised that" and refused to fix anything or give a refund. The rooms were dirty, the staff unhelpful, and the whole place felt like a tourist trap. Save your money and sanity. Don't book here. Eventually, after a long time, they did issue a refund.

Our experience at Leisure Palace, Tapovan, Rishikesh, was unsatisfactory due to the absence of basic hospitality and necessary amenities. The room was not adequately prepared for guests—there was no clean drinking water or basic toiletries, and the bedsheets were noticeably dirty, which caused major concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Moreover, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, making the stay uncomfortable. These are basic expectations from any hotel, and their lack greatly impacted our visit. We hope the management addresses this feedback seriously and enhances cleanliness, upkeep, and guest services to offer a better experience to future guests.

We stayed at Leisure Palace Tapovan, Rishikesh from the night of June 24th to the morning of June 27th with our family (5 adults and 2 children). Sadly, our stay was very disappointing. Although the hotel advertises itself as a 3-star property, I feel it doesn't even reach the level of a 1-star hotel. The biggest problem was the total absence of basic hospitality. Drinking water was only provided after multiple requests, and during our 3-day stay, our group of seven received just five bottles. The room facilities were also unacceptable: the handwash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and no soap, shampoo, or other basic toiletries were supplied. The mattresses, bedsheets, blankets, and bed covers were dirty and unhygienic. Housekeeping was extremely lacking; no staff came to clean our room or check if we needed anything during the entire stay. When we called reception for help, either no one answered or the response was very delayed. The room had a TV but no remote control, and when we inquired, we were simply told the TV was not working. Another major issue was the absence of parking facilities. The staff was unprofessional regarding billing, charging us more for the last day (Friday). Overall, the service was poor, cleanliness unacceptable, and the hotel failed to provide even basic amenities expected from any decent hotel. The hotel's online claims are misleading and do not match the actual experience. I strongly recommend that management improve cleanliness, transparency, and customer service before promoting themselves as a 3-star hotel.
