Deat team ,I am not happy with the housekeeping teamFollowing iasue found in the hotel room1) Termite made their mud pits over inside bathroom also they are hanging in air like rope2) lnterior of room wasold need to renovate3) The foot mat in front of bed was to dirty i kept my feet on it my feets sticks with soul and dustEven i requested to staff to change, they refuse to change the mat.4) I said to refill the tea bag tray staff said we do fill once in a day5) The roof of the hotel is broken from front entrance side there steel wires are visible from front enterance point.
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, with cockroaches found under the bed despite booking a super deluxe room. The staff and room service were the worst part. No one answered at the reception, and during checkout, the staff argued with me.
