It was really Good experienceThis is near to Triveni Ghat but far from Tapovan.Hotel staff behaviour is good.Their swimming pool timings are wrong which 8-to-8. They should open that till late because at that time people would be busy in going around the city.
They wrote bathtub ..but no bathtub, and gym ( 🥲)
I have stayed at this hotel four times, but unfortunately, this will be my last visit.During this stay, there were frequent power fluctuations, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, while making the booking, the property was advertised as offering a buffet breakfast, but there was no buffet. Instead, breakfast was served at the table. While this may seem like a small difference, it is disappointing when the service provided does not match what was advertised at the time of booking.However, the biggest disappointment was the way we were treated during checkout. We were only 5–10 minutes late in vacating the room, and despite the hotel being almost completely empty, the staff member who came to clear the room behaved very rudely and kept standing directly outside the door, creating unnecessary pressure for us to leave.This is particularly disappointing because something similar had happened during a previous stay, but at that time, the reception staff handled the situation professionally and courteously by allowing us an extension until 2 PM. Given that the hotel was not occupied, I believe the same courtesy could have been extended this time as well.I have now stayed at this property four times. When a guest chooses to return repeatedly, I believe the hotel should value that loyalty and make an effort to ensure that the guest leaves with a positive impression and a reason to return again.Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of the property. The way the checkout situation was handled made me feel unwelcome rather than valued as a returning guest.I am genuinely disappointed, and after four visits, I have made up my mind that I will not be staying at this hotel again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to handle such situations with greater professionalism, courtesy, and respect for returning guests.
