My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly quite disturbing. I booked the hotel through ***, but upon arrival, the staff told me that my booking had been cancelled and asked me to contact *** customer care. When I asked them to show me proof of the cancellation, they were unable to provide any evidence. After a long argument, they finally agreed to give us a room, as I had originally booked a Mini Suite.The worst part of my stay was the condition of the lift and the way the staff handled the situation. The lift was in terrible condition, and on one occasion, while coming down from the 3rd floor, I got stuck inside the lift. I was trapped for more than 30 minutes before they were able to get me out. Being stuck inside a lift was extremely frightening and disturbing for me, especially because I felt very claustrophobic during the incident.What made the experience even worse was the poor response and attitude of the staff. From the issue with the booking to the lift incident, the overall behaviour and service were extremely disappointing.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would strongly recommend the management take these issues seriously, particularly the safety and maintenance of the lift and the behaviour of the staff.
"We stayed here as a group and had a wonderful time. The Quadruple room was spacious, very clean, and the side sea view from the window was beautiful. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for families or groups!"
